Why did I receive this message?
You received a message with a link to a short survey because you recently placed an order with a store that collects service ratings through Service feedback. The message was sent by the store itself and includes your order number.
The survey takes less than a minute: ratings from 1 to 5, a score from 0 to 10 and an optional comment. Only the store's staff see your feedback; it is never published.
How to check the link is genuine
The address starts with https://f.bake.ua/r/ and has 12 characters after “/r/”. The survey never asks for passwords, card details, SMS codes or payments. If you see any of these, close the page and write to us.
Didn't place an order or don't want such messages?
Contact the store the order belongs to, or write to us and we'll pass your request on to the store. The contact address will be published here before the service launches.
