2. Account and access
Sign-in with two-factor authentication; the client is responsible for its users.
3. Client data and processing
The service processes customer data on behalf of the client (data processing agreement).
4. Acceptable use
No spam; the client follows the rules of messaging providers and Google.
5. Availability and support
The service runs around the clock; planned maintenance is announced in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is not responsible for the content of customer feedback.
7. Termination and data return
After termination the client receives an export of its data, which is then deleted.

A new version is published on this page with its date.
